I have been working as a professional in the Healthcare Information Technology industry for 26 years with a focus on Project Management and Software Implementations. My role within WWC is to be a visionary and share in leading a team of brilliant women leaders. The leadership skills I have acquired during my career have made it possible for me to flourish in my role at WWC. I am passionate about the work with WWC because I believe we can bring innovative ideas to the community by disrupting industries and creating opportunities. I have been married to Eric Potts for 18 years and we have a blended family with 3 children, Darryl, Khortlyn and Sarah.

Kobi is a Senior Applications Analyst with 12 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in building and supporting electronic health records. Alongside her technical career, she has been a creative professional for over 20 years.
Currently, she serves as the Marketing and Communications Director at WWC, where her expertise in these areas helps her thrive in her role. She is deeply passionate about her work at WWC, driven by a commitment to helping our community flourish and providing inclusive opportunities for all. She is engaged and has two adult children and a granddaughter.
